Henderson’s Home Care LLC was founded by Mallory Henderson, a Licensed Practical Nurse with a lifelong passion for caregiving and over 16 years of hands-on clinical experience. Mallory’s journey began at just 16 years old, when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant—laying the foundation for what would become a deeply fulfilling career dedicated to helping others live with dignity, safety, and comfort.

Prior to starting her family, Mallory also successfully owned and operated a home care agency in Raleigh, North Carolina—where she earned the trust of clients through a personalized, thoughtful approach to care. Now back home in Central New York, Mallory brings that same dedication and warmth to families throughout the region.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with the Pride of Workmanship Award from the Utica Rotary, a testament to her integrity, work ethic, and the quality of care she delivers. She is CPR-certified, clinically trained, and always looking to deepen her knowledge in the ever-evolving field of nursing.

But beyond her credentials, Mallory is a wife, a mother of two, and a woman who truly understands the value of family. She lives in Sauquoit, New York, with her husband Cody and their daughters Maelyn and Madilyn. Whether she’s caring for a client or enjoying a family vacation, Mallory leads with love, patience, and an unwavering commitment to others.
